Ampoule Production

• change parts for 1 mL, 2 mL, 5, mL 10 mL, and 20 mL container sizes
• fully automatic filling and closing w/ opening station ≈ 3000/hr

• standard or D-style (closed) ampoules

Liquid Filling

• processing capabilities 0 – 250 mL ± 0.5%
• small vial filling, threaded or crimp cap
• large parenteral infusion bottles, 100 mL – 300 mL
• pharmaceutical stoppering (2-leg lyo, igloo, plug, serum)
• 13 mm, 20 mm, and 28 mm crimp seal with color coded plastic button
• 3-piece tear-off and tamper evident seals

• continuous or batch processing using real-time printing w/ Linear and 2D Bar Codes
